Fallen US Release Day!

Well, after what feels like a very long wait, it’s finally here!  The tenth Alex Verus novel, Fallen, is out in the US as of today!

The book will be in ebook and mass market paperback versions, as usual.  The audio version should be released today as well, though if you’re not making the purchase from the US & Canada, it probably won’t be available until the UK and worldwide release on October 10th.

I won’t link to reviews for a while yet, at least not until after the UK release – a lot happens in this book and it’d be very easy to give away spoilers.  Hope you have as much fun reading this one as I did writing it!

Well my predictions on my last comment was fairly accurate, and in general this book really lived up to the title to my dismay. Of course I really want to read the next book which is a sign of how well written this series is. And my prediction for one of the last titles will be Risen or some variation because what comes after the Fall but going up? At least I hope it does.

I finished Fallen a few hours ago, and boy am I not okay. That book was an emotional rollercoaster. There was some definitely satisfying moments though, despite the overall dark tone.

Brilliantly done once again, Mr. Jacka. Having a year for the next book is going to be absolutely miserable.

  3. Tamara says:

So good, I devoured it in less than a day! Really enjoyed this one, now the torture of waiting another year to see where this ends up going!

  4. Jim says:

FYI,the audiobook is out in the US.

  5. Joe says:

Kevin: I hope not. I like Fallen Alex a lot better than the previous version. Of course, if he falls further, I might not like him so much.

POSTED ON AMAZON: 5 STAR REVIEW
This book brings it altogether. After 10 books and waiting many years, the wait was worth it. The story comes full circle, with Verus exhausting all his options, and returning to where it all began, the Fateweaver. Outmanned and outmagic, Verus realizes he needs a serious upgrade in power, and even though warned by Arachne, Alex has no choice if he has any chance to save Ann. Jacka ties all the previous story lines in a brilliant climax to this story. Do not miss this story!
