Risen US release today!

Well, after all these years, it’s finally here.  The last Alex Verus book, Risen, is being released in its last geographical location.  US&Canada readers can buy the book as of today!

As usual, it’s being released in paper, ebook, and audiobook formats simultaneously.  Gildart Jackson is doing the audio narration once again.

Reviews have been extremely positive so far – I’ll collect a few of my favourite ones for Friday!  I’ve been doing a few interviews as well, which I’ll try to link to then.

And once again, I’ll be doing an AMA a week from today, on December 14th.

Such an amazing end to a fantastic series! Thank you for writing these. I’ll be listening to the audiobook too – that takes a bit longer than reading the ebook! 🙂

  2. Kat says:

Risen was amazing. It was the perfect conclusion to the series. Even so, I’m sad to say goodbye to Alex’s world.

Thank you so much for this wonderful series!

I just ordered my copy! I am excited to read the final book but also a bit sad that this is the end. All good things must come to an end. Thank you so much I have been a huge fan of the series

I just got my pre-ordered copy of Risen. Benedict, before I read this I would like to first say, Thank you. Thank you for writing this series. You have done amazingly with Alex’s story and journey and allowed us to follow it. I can truly say that it is one of the most cherished fantasy fictions series that I have read. I will miss the world of Alex, but I am equally so looking forward to seeing the end of line.

I have read over 2000 fantasy series, and above all, this is the one that never had a problem captivating me, holding me to read on more and more. That engulfed me completely and truly into the immersion of each and everyone of the characters along all their arcs and evolution. It will be bitter sweet to put this one to rest, but I look forward to your next project and the great works I am sure you will as well in your writing continue to grow, draw us in, and allow us to image along is transition.

    Thank you once again
