Release Day!

A Judgement of Powers, the third book in the Inheritance of Magic series, releases today!

Usually I gather a few reviews and stuff for these release days, but for the past couple of weeks I’ve been working flat out on Inheritance of Magic #4.  It’s now basically finished and I’ve just got to give it a quick edit before sending it off.  I’m pretty exhausted though and don’t have the energy to write much, so I’ll just say that I hope you enjoy book #3.  It’s been a long time!

My Reddit AMA will be next week, on Thursday 13th.  For now, here are the purchase links for A Judgement of Powers:

Amazon US

Hope to talk to you all on the 13th!

Many thanks for Book#3 which Will is now reading to me. It’s funny but his narration skills (plus the perfectly accented voices) really add a special something to the story!
So pleased that Book#4 is (almost) in back to the publisher for the first edits. I hope that you can grab some time to chill after all the work! I’m sorry but I’ll miss the Reddit AMA, as I’m out walking the coastal paths of Norfolk, but I’m sure that it will make fascinating reading.
    Thanks again!

Congrats on the release today and on finishing book four! Big day!!! I’m actually even excited to drive to work today so I can listen to the audiobook, even though I was up till 3 am! 😉

Yay! Really enjoyed it and appreciate your writing very much.

The “Inheritance” series feels like an old style rules progressive funnel in a role playing game, although it’s a little less lethal. I can almost feel the choice rolls, and it’s interesting, as a reader, to feel as if those rolls really can go either way. That uncertainty is what makes the entire series interesting to read and likely interesting and challenging to write. Thank you for creating Stephen and his world.

just got your book and i cant wait to read it. however i have to say it was frustrating that no bookstore in london had it bar one ( one copy in waterstones grover street) and i had to order it off amazon. i dont know, with a writer like you i would much rather go into a bookstore on the day of release and buy it there than get off amazon. im old school that way.

still tho, im happy i got your book either way.
