Copy-Edits for Book #4

The copy-edited manuscript for Inheritance of Magic #4 arrived this week, and I’ve gotten to work on it.  (For those who want an explanation of what copy-edits are, you can look here.)  I’m scheduled to send them back July 14th, and so far they’ve been nice and easy, so I should be able to make that deadline with no trouble.  Once that’s done, all the major changes will have been made, and the manuscript will be 99.9% identical to the one you guys will be getting come November.

The edits process for this book has been really long, mostly due to factors out of my control, so it’s nice to have it ticking along smoothly again!

Glad that the edits are almost over with and looking forward to the release of Book#4 (title?) in November!
I hope that your productivity on Book#5 is not suffering in this heat!

The articles were really interesting to read. I enjoyed learning more about the writing, editing, and publishing process behind the books that you write!

I’d be thrilled if the book is published in November, but I’ll also completely understand if there are delays. I noticed that several retailers are currently listing March 2027 as the release date, as others have mentioned in the comments, so I know those dates can sometimes change.

I am very looking forward to the book an hope, the German copy will also be release around November or December 2026; but I am also willing to wait. I really enjoy reading your blogposts, it inspired me on starting a blog by myself.
